Any order contract made on the website www.nunoabelho.pt can be freely resolved under the terms of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, with the user being responsible for the return costs. To this end, the user must return his order within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt, and send us an email with the purchase invoice attached, and indicating whether he intends to exchange the product(s). (s) or be refunded.

Nuno Abelho (NIF 215538218) does not accept any return sent with postage to be paid or on delivery, committing to reimburse the user within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the communication of the resolution under the terms of article 12 of the Decree -Law n.º 24/2014 of February 14 or the working day following receipt of the return or proof of return of the order, whichever occurs last.

Reimbursement of payments will be made through the same payment method that was used by the user in the initial transaction or by bank transfer, if the payment method used does not allow it.

The returned products must be in salable conditions, that is, in the same state in which they arrived at the user’s hands, without any anomaly.

If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is greater than the initial value of the order, the user will have to pay the difference, using one of the payment methods available on our website.

If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is less than the initial value of the same, or in case of return, the user may choose one of the following ways to refund the amount paid in excess:
1) Shopping voucher (valid for future purchases at www.nunoabelho.pt); or
2) Refund by bank transfer to an account to be indicated.

Orders are shipped within 10 business days.
